luna and the big blur

I accidentally reached out for my cat mistaking him for my slippers. The soap in the shower was really a sponge. These mishaps took place a long time ago when I was living in Florida and working for The St. Petersburg Times newspaper. Inspired by the publishing world, I decided to transform these "incidents" into a children's book. Along with Don Morris, a very talented artist, I created Luna and the Big Blur. Thanks to my publisher Magination Press in NYC, for sharing this story with thousands of people.

Note: Luna and the Big Blur will now be out of print. Iā€™m grateful for my 23-year literary adventure. Knowing that about 26,000 copies of Luna are sitting on random bookshelves all over the world brings me unending joy and hope for future readers.

Happy retirement, Luna and the Big Blur!
